Welcome to Chainlink Prayer Ministries App, these Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chainlink Prayer Ministries mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by us ("Service"). By using the App and Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms:

By using Chainlink Prayer Ministries App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App and Service.

Eligibility:

You must be at least 7 years old to use Chainlink Prayer Ministries App. By using the App and Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 7 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

User Accounts:

· Account Creation: In order to use certain features of Chainlink Prayer Ministries App, you may be required to create a user account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the account registration process. 

Account Security: 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

Privacy:

User Content:

Content Submissions: Chainlink Prayer Ministries App may allow users to submit content, including prayers, Bible Book, messages, comments, images, or other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and  sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content for any purpose. 

Responsibility for User Content: You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any User Content. 

Prohibited Content: You may not submit User Content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

App Usage Guidelines:

Compliance with Laws: You agree to use Chainlink Prayer Ministries App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. 

Prohibited Conduct: You may not engage in any conduct that could disrupt, damage, or interfere with the App, Service, or other users' experience. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.

Intellectual Property:

Chainlink Prayer Ministries App and all related trademarks, copyright, logos, graphics, and content are owned or licensed by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Chainlink Prayer Ministries App and Service, with or without cause, at any time and without notice.

Changes to the Terms:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms to Chainlink Prayer App. Your continued use of the App and Service after the changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Chainlink Prayer Ministries App and Service are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, or security of the App and Service.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Chainlink Prayer Ministries App and Service.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Government, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Chainlink Prayer Ministries App is intended to be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App or Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. You agree not to use Chainlink Prayer Ministries App in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App's servers or networks, or interfere with any other user's use and enjoyment of the App. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Chainlink Prayer Ministries App, other user accounts, or computer systems connected to the App.

Community Guidelines:

Respectful Conduct: We encourage a supportive and respectful community on Chainlink Prayer Ministries App. You must treat all users with kindness and respect and refrain from engaging in any behaviour that could be considered offensive, discriminatory, or harassing.

No Solicitation: You may not use Chainlink Prayer Ministries App to promote or solicit any commercial products, services, or activities without our prior written consent.

Reporting Violations: If you encounter any user content or behaviour that violates these Terms or the rights of others, please report it to us promptly.

Third-Party Links and Content:

Chainlink Prayer Ministries App may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access and use third-party content at your own risk. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of any third-party content or services linked to or from Chainlink Prayer App.

Modification and Termination of Service:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Chainlink Prayer Ministries and Service at any time without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access to Chainlink Prayer Ministries and Service if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to Chainlink Prayer Ministries or its users.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chainlink Prayer Ministries, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App and Service or violation of these Terms.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms of Service, including this Terms of Use section, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chainlink Prayer Ministries concerning the use of the App and Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver:

The failure of Chainlink Prayer Ministries to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. By using Chainlink Prayer Ministries App, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use in addition to the Terms of Service. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

​The donations amount are for charitable purposes and generally non-refundable, but we granted refund only for technical issues (e.g., double debit), fraudulent transactions, and that refunds are made via the original payment method, the time frame for processing with about 7-10days.
